Here, I would like to specifically talk about DIORE’s “brand philosophy.” Its name, DIORE, contains the meaning of “The Ore” – which, in plain terms, means “uncovering the true glow within your natural beauty.” It may sound a bit poetic, but in actual experience, I believe this philosophy is truly reflected in their treatment methods: they don’t try to turn you into someone else; instead, they aim to improve the condition of your skin as it is.

The reservation process went much smoother than I expected, but there were some particular tricks to it.

I made my appointment through BeautsGO. The whole process was roughly as follows: choose a clinic → select a date → submit the reservation request → wait for confirmation. Diolai responded very quickly; I received confirmation within about an hour. This is much more efficient than waiting 1 to 2 days at many other clinics.

However, there are a few little tips for making appointments that I only figured out later on:

First of all, if you specifically request a consultation with Director Li Guanglie, you must mention this in advance. Diolli has four directors, and you can choose one when making an appointment. Since Director Li is the designated doctor by ONDA and also serves as the representative director, there is a high demand for his services. If you make an appointment at the last minute, it is very likely that you will be assigned to one of the other directors. Of course, the other directors are also highly professional, but if you are specifically interested in seeing Director Li, be sure to indicate this in advance.

Secondly, go for the consultation without any makeup on. This advice is actually applicable to all Dermatology clinics, but Diolily conducts more detailed skin examinations, and wearing makeup can affect the results of these tests. I made a special effort not to wear makeup that morning; once I arrived, I went straight into the examination room, which saved me the time needed to remove my makeup.

Thirdly, never place orders for treatments online without having seen a doctor in person. This is also something that Diolix officially emphasizes: only after a face-to-face consultation can the most suitable combination of treatments and dosages be determined. He isn’t the kind of doctor who just formulates a treatment plan after listening to you for a few minutes; instead, he carefully analyzes your skin data and then provides well-reasoned suggestions.

The reason for their restraint is that they don’t engage in any sales pitches. Among all the Dermatology clinics I’ve visited, Diolì is the only one where I never received any offers for packages or treatments. Director Li even went out of his way to help me save money by suggesting that I start with basic treatments first and not rush into more expensive procedures.
