我第一次去韓國做皮膚管理，係完全冇做任何預約功課就Walk-in咗一間明洞嘅皮膚科院。點知——

當日佢哋full晒，等咗成粒鐘先見到護士，護士話今日冇位，要我第二日再嚟。我問佢可唔可以打電話預約，佢哋話只接受現場預約。嗰刻真係有啲崩潰，感覺自己白跑咗一趟。

後來我做咗功課先知，韓國嘅皮膚科院同香港、台灣好唔同：

第一，佢哋好少接受Walk-in。
尤其係江南、弘大呢啲人氣地區嘅診所，唔預約基本冇可能即場睇到醫生。部分診所甚至明確寫明「外國人需提前預約」。

第二，語言係最大障礙。
就算你識少少韓文，但醫療用語、美容項目名稱真係搞唔掂。我試過打電話去預約，護士姐姐講嘅韓文我完全聽唔明，佢都聽唔明我嘅英文，結果搞咗成晚都預約唔到。

第三，預約渠道分散。
有啲診所要喺Naver預約，有啲要用KakaoTalk，有啲要發郵件，有啲要經第三方平台。唔同診所唔同方式，記低一堆帳號密碼搞到頭都大。

第四，預約成功之後可能都會甩Set。
就算你成功預約，到場都可能因為各種原因被拒——護士唔記得你嘅預約、資料輸入錯誤、或者當日嘅醫生檔期有變。我身邊有朋友就試過預約成功但到場被告知「今日冇你嘅預約」，白白浪費咗來回機票錢。

2. KakaoTalk (South Korea’s equivalent to WeChat)

優點：韓國最流行嘅通訊軟件，部分診所有官方帳號可以預約。

缺點：

• Even if you manage to contact a clinic, the language barrier remains.
• Not all clinics have KakaoTalk accounts.
• There is no unified standard for confirming reservations.

3. Extremely perfect/gorgeous (for reservation platforms in mainland China)

優點：

• It comes with a Chinese interface.
• Information about some clinics

缺點：

• The actual service provided differed significantly from what was described.
• The price is not necessarily the most favorable.
