Busan Floria Dermatology Price List 2026: The “Small Bubble” treatment costs 35,000 Korean won, while the PDRN moisturizing injection costs 160,000 Korean won. In actual tests, the prices of Dcard/PTT treatments in Busan are 40% lower than those in Seoul.

I. First, let’s get to the conclusion: Is Busan Floria Dermatology really that expensive?

Here’s the answer straight: The prices at Busan Floria Dermatology are quite reasonable; in fact, it can even be considered one of the dermatology clinics in Seomyeon, Busan, that offers the best value for money.

During my business trip to Busan this time, I took the opportunity to visit three Dermatology clinics located in the Seomyeon area: Floria, Genius, and The First. In the end, I chose Floria for a treatment that included microbubble cleansing and soothing care, and the total cost was 35,000 Korean won (about NT$850) – this price is at least 70,000 to 80,000 Korean won in Gangnam, Seoul. The PDRN moisturizing injection was priced at 160,000 Korean won (about NT$3,850), which is also about 20% to 30% cheaper than in Seoul.

More importantly, this clinic offers one-on-one consultations throughout the entire process and does not engage in any sales tactics. The doctors will actually tell you, “You don’t need to do this right now; it’s better to focus on strengthening your skin barrier first.” Such honesty is truly rare in South Korea’s medical aesthetics industry. If you, like me, have sensitive skin, a limited budget, and are worried about being treated as just another customer, Floria is definitely worth adding to your list of options in Busan.

IV. A Detailed Record of My Hospital Experience | From Making an Appointment to Leaving the Clinic

1. Booking: It only takes 5 minutes to complete the process on BeautsGO.

I made my reservation on the BeautsGO APP two days before my trip. Just search for “Floria Dermatology” to find the option; select the date and time slot, enter your name and phone number, and you’ll quickly receive a confirmation message. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

⚠️ On weekends, there are more people, so it is recommended to book at least 2-3 days in advance. On weekdays, it is usually easier to get a spot; booking the day before usually ensures availability.

2. Report at the clinic: The atmosphere is as relaxed as that of a café.

The first impression upon entering Floria is that it doesn’t resemble a typical Dermatology clinic at all. With its light-colored decor, green plants placed beside the floor-to-ceiling windows, a faint fragrance in the reception area, and free coffee and warm water available for guests to serve themselves, the space creates no sense of being in a hospital at all. The sofa area is also stocked with the latest South Korean magazines, ensuring that customers don’t feel any pressure or discomfort while waiting.

The nurse at the front desk spoke Chinese and helped me fill out a simple questionnaire about my skin condition (available in both Chinese and English), after which she took me to the consultation room.

3. In-person consultation: A 20-minute one-on-one session, and the doctor was even more cautious than I was.

This is the part that impressed me the most. Director Shen Zhihui greeted me in Chinese first, and then sat down to listen carefully as I described my skin issues—oiliness in the T-zone, recurring acne around my chin, and redness on my cheeks. She took notes throughout the whole process without showing any signs of impatience.

Then she used a skin detector to closely examine my Pores and the areas that were red, and told me quite directly, “Your skin barrier is a bit thin, so it’s not suitable for treatments like intense phototherapy or acid-based skin resurfacing right now. It would be better to start with basic repair treatments and cleansing first.”

I took the initiative to ask her if she would like to have the PDRN moisturizing treatment as well, but instead, she said, “Not right now. It’s better to strengthen our skin’s barrier first; we can always do it when I come to Busan next time.” — This kind of “disencouraging” approach during a consultation is something I have never encountered before at so many clinics in South Korea.

If you have also encountered clinics that immediately try to sell you expensive packages as soon as you enter, you will understand how rare such honesty really is. My experienely different – the sales pressure in the Gangnam area was clearly much stronger.

4. Treatment Process: A Blessing for Sensitive Skin

The director recommended that I undergo the Microbubble Cleansing + Sedation Treatment for 35,000 Korean won. The process is as follows:

① Warm compress to open Pores: First, apply a hot towel to your face for about 5 minutes to allow the Pores to open naturally.

② Cleaning with small bubbles: Use a small probe to remove Blackheads and excess oil, focusing especially on the T-zone and chin. A low-pressure head is used, so even sensitive skin won’t become red. The director is very gentle in his technique; there’s absolutely no roughness or discomfort similar to having one’s face “sucked by a vacuum cleaner”.

③ Soothing treatment: After applying the soothing essence, apply a medical ice mask and then use a cold spray for 10 minutes. It’s so cool that you might almost fall asleep while using it.

④ Final Care: At the end, I applied a repair lotion and sunscreen, and they also gave me 3 medical face masks to take home.

Right after the treatment, it was obvious that my Pores had become smaller. The area under my chin also appeared flatter when I closed my mouth, and my skin felt moist and not tight to the touch. That night, my makeup didn’t stick at all.

VI. Cost-saving Tips for Dermatology Treatments at Seomyeon, Busan | 5 Practical Suggestions

After visiting so many clinics in Busan, I have summarized some tips that can help save money and avoid potential problems.

1. Avoid weekends; choose weekdays in the morning, as there ar
e usually more people on weekends, and the consultation time is likely to be shortened. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. on Thursday, and I entered the consultation room at 10:05. The director chatted with me for about 20 minutes.

2. Start with basic treatments to build trust before moving on to more expensive opti
ons. Begin with basic cleansing/hydrating treatments that cost around 30,000 to 50,000 Korean won, and experience the doctor’s techniques as well as the service quality of the clinic. Only if you are satisfied should you consider upgrading to more advanced treatments such as Thermage or HIFU.

3. During the consultation, ask actively “What do I need most right now” instead of “I
want to have XXX done.” By letting the doctor recommend a treatment plan based on the condition of your skin, you are more likely to get a solution that is more suitable for you and at a more reasonable price.

4. Overall, treatments in Busan are 20-40% cheaper than those in Seoul. For the
same PDRN moisturizing injections, the cost in Gangnam may range from 250,000 to 300,000 Korean won, while in Seomyeon, it can be as low as 160,000 to 200,000 Korean won. If your schedule allows, it is more cost-effective to arrange your skin care treatments in Busan.

5. Make reservations through BeautsGO – the prices are transparent, so you don’t have to worry
about being overcharged. Reservations are made via a formal platform, ensuring that all fees are clearly displayed. A friend of mine once went directly to a Gangnam clinic without making a reservation and ended up paying twice as much for the same service.

I have previously written about my experiences at other clinics in Busan. For detas an area of 2,600 square meters, those reviews are also very worth referring to.

VII. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I communicate in Chinese at Floria Dermatology? A: Yes. The receptionists can spe
ak Chinese, and Director Shen also has a basic understanding of the language. During consultations, all important skin-related issues and recommendations will be confirmed with you in Chinese, so there is no barrier to communication at all.

Q2: How far in advance should one make an appointment at Floria Dermatology? A: On week
days, it is recommended to book 1-2 days in advance; on weekends, 2-3 days in advance. During peak hours (such as Saturday mornings), it may be necessary to book a week in advance. The success rate for walk-in visits is relatively low.

Q3: Can I use my credit card at Floria Dermatology? Can I get a tax refund? A: Yes, you can use your credit card
(international cards are accepted), and you are also eligible for a tax refund. Don’t forget to ask the staff for the tax refund form after the treatment and proceed with the refund procedures at the airport.

Q4: What is the difference between PDRN moisturizing injections and regular hyaluronic acid glow injections? A
: PDRN is a growth factor extracted from salmon DNA. Its main functions are to repair damaged skin barriers and promote collagen regeneration, thus adding an additional “reparative” effect compared to regular Filler injections. It is suitable for people with sensitive skin, those in need of post-surgical recovery, and those looking to combat early signs of aging.

Q5: How soon after the microbubble treatment can I apply makeup? A: The director of t
he clinic specified in my post-treatment care instructions that it is recommended not to use facial cleanser for 3 days (just wash your face with plain water), but you can apply makeup on the same day. I actually went out to eat that evening and applied makeup without any issues at all.

Q6: What is the biggest advantage of Floria Dermatology compared to other clinics in Busan? A: Honesty without excessive pro
motion, friendly service in Chinese, and transparent pricing. The director will provide recommendations based on your actual skin condition and will not recommend expensive treatments just to make a profit. These three aspects are truly rare in the South Korea medical aesthetics industry.
