Why should I write a separate article about PIND’s price list?
Last month, I published a review of PIND (Why Choose PIND for Anti-Aging Treatments in South Korea? Backed by Data from 10,000 Cases and Expertise from the Dean of Katol University), and I got an overwhelming number of private messages—most people weren’t asking whether it was good or not, but rather how much it cost.
I can understand. The prices at Gangnam Dermatology are truly confusing: there are no prices listed on their official website, agencies give conflicting quotes, and when you arrive on site, they tell you it depends on your specific condition. You just want to have an idea of the cost before going, but the more you look into it, the more confused you get.
So in this article, I won’t be talking about personal experiences — instead, I’ll clearly break down PIND’s pricing structure for everyone. All the figures below have been compiled after cross-verification from multiple sources, covering four main categories: anti-aging Lifting treatments, injectable fillers, skin management services, and laser phototherapy treatments — totaling over 20 different options.
Let’s get to the bottom line first: PIND adopts a pricing strategy that features “clear price ranges with no hidden tricks.” Each treatment comes with a suggested range (for example, Thermage FLX costs between ₩1.5 million and ₩2.8 million), and after an in-person consultation, the final price will fall somewhere within that range based on your individual circumstances. Compared to Cheongdam’s JIONU and Pêche clinics that I’ve visited, PIND’s overall prices are approximately 15–25% lower than the average rates in Gangnam.

For the same procedure, why is there a price range?
This is a question I personally asked Dr. Huang during my in-person consultation. He explained very clearly that price fluctuations mainly depend on three factors:
| Focus Point 1|Treatment Area and Number of Grafts |
Taking Thermage FLX as an example, “300 shots” and “600 shots” represent two completely different treatment packages. Even when both are labeled as “full-face treatment with 600 shots,” since everyone’s face size varies and the areas that need more attention differ—such as deeper Nasolabial Fold Correction or sagging on the lower cheeks—there is typically a margin of variation of 10% to 20% in the actual number of shots used. The number of shots directly affects the price.
| Focus Point 2|Choosing a Consumables Brand |
Filler is the most typical example. Local South Korea brands like Lena cost around 400,000–600,000 won per vial, while imported Juvederm vials range from 800,000–1,300,000 won—nearly double the price difference. PIND doesn’t recommend expensive options; instead, they suggest the most suitable brand based on your injection area and budget. The same goes for hyaluronic acid injections: basic hydration treatments cost 3–4 times less than Rejuran PN repair formulations.
| Focus Point 3|Discounts on Combined Treatment Packages |
If you opt for multiple treatments at once—such as Thermage, hyaluronic acid injection, and Legato2 Pores treatment—PIND offers a 15–20% discount on the package. Dr. Huang believes that “anti-aging isn’t something that can be achieved in just one session; layered treatment yields better results.” By using hyaluronic acid to hydrate the epidermis, Thermage to stimulate collagen production in the dermis, and HIFU to lift the fascia layer, this combined approach doubles the effectiveness compared to doing just one treatment, while also being much more cost-effective than undergoing three separate procedures.

PIND vs Other Dermatology Clinics in Gangnam: Side-by-Side Price Comparison
I’ve compared the key services offered by PIND with those of several other Dermatology clinics in Gangnam to help you quickly determine which one has price ranges that better fit your budget.
As can be seen from the table above, PIND offers the most competitive prices in both the entry-level category for Thermage with a lower treatment count (300 shots starting at 800,000 KRW) and the entry-level tier for HIFU, making it ideal for those with limited budgets who still want to use genuine equipment. If you opt for a higher treatment count (900 shots or more), although JIONU’s option at 3.5 million KRW is more expensive, it includes services provided by certified Juvederm instructors—so it depends on whether you prioritize cost or the expertise of the doctor.

| Focus Point 4|What Exactly Does “Same Price in China and South Korea” Mean? |
I mention these four words in every article because they’re extremely important. What PIND means by “same price for Chinese and Koreans” is that the price you see on the official website or at the clinic is exactly the same whether you’re Chinese or Korean. There’s no extra charge just because you’re a foreigner, nor are there any hidden fees through intermediaries. In fact, not all clinics in Gangnam can offer this—some list low prices upfront but then tell you upon arrival that “that price is for local Koreans; foreigners have to pay more.”
| Focus Point 5|Is the in-person consultation fee included in the price list? |
The skin examination at PIND (including advanced detection using Germany’s Leica device) is free and included in the consultation process. Dr. Huang spends about 15–20 minutes during the in-person consultation, feeling the structure of your bones and muscles while using a dermoscope and elasticity tester for assessment. After the consultation, you’ll receive a written treatment plan along with an accurate quote—this is the final price, as the table provided is merely for budget reference.
| Focus Point 6|Why PIND Can Offer Prices 15–25% Lower Than Those in Gangnam |
Dr. Huang told me the truth: First, PIND is a clinic that opened in 2022, so it doesn’t face high rent costs (located on the 2nd floor of the JY Building, unlike some clinics situated on the ground floors along Gangnam’s main roads). Second, the single-physician ownership model means there are no additional costs associated with sharing profits with multiple doctors. Third, they avoid heavy advertising and rely instead on word-of-mouth recommendations as well as organic traffic from the BeautsGO platform. All these cost savings are directly reflected in their prices.
| Focus Point 7|How to Combine Treatments for the Best Value |
If it’s your first time at PIND, Director Huang most often recommends the following package: “Thermage FLX 300 shots + Lizelle M Hydrating Treatment 5cc + Legato2 Pores Management.” The original price for this combo is around ₩1.3 million, while the package deal costs approximately ₩1.05–1.1 million (about NT$24,000–25,300). This treatment addresses three key needs: collagen regeneration in the dermis, hydration of the epidermis, and pore reduction — making it ideal for people aged 25–35 who show early signs of aging. If you’re older and experience more noticeable sagging, you might consider upgrading to Thermage 600 shots or combining it with an HIFU treatment.

| Focus Point 8|Important Notes on Appointments and Payments |
PIND accepts a limited number of overseas patients per day (around 3 slots daily). During peak seasons such as holidays and public holidays in South Korea, it’s recommended to make reservations at least 2–3 weeks in advance. You can book through the BeautsGO mini-program or WeChat, with customer service available in Chinese. Payments are accepted in South Korean cash or credit cards, and a deposit of 10–20% is required for some procedures to secure the appointment. If adjustments or follow-up treatments are needed after the procedure—such as treating areas missed during a Thermage treatment—one free session is provided within 3 months. It’s advisable to confirm this detail in writing during your in-person consultation.
My advice: How to use this price list for budget planning
If you’re considering going to PIND, here’s my advice:
預算 NT$15,000~30,000 → 熱瑪吉FLX 300發 或 超聲刀100發 + 水光(入門抗衰路線)
預算 NT$30,000~50,000 → 熱瑪吉FLX 600發 或 Sofwave + 麗珠蘭黑盒(進階抗衰路線)
預算 NT$50,000 以上 → 熱瑪吉900發級別 / 埋線提升 / 多項目聯合療程(重塑路線)
No matter which package you choose, remember one rule: have a face consultation first before paying. Reputable clinics will never ask for full payment before seeing you in person. If someone pressures you by saying “if you don’t pay today, the price will go up tomorrow,” just block them.
