這篇不講「濟州醫美很便宜」這種空話,只記錄我實際飛去濟州、走進 WITH 皮膚科的那半天:從怎麼預約、下飛機怎麼去,到面診時誰幫我評估、價格怎麼算,一次說清楚。
30-Second Summary: Who Is Suitable for a Trip to Jeju WITH Dermatology?
If you meet any of the following criteria, this place makes the list:
- The flight from Taipei to Jeju takes just 1 hour and 40 minutes — no need to travel all the way to Seoul through heavy traffic just for cosmetic procedures.
- Looking to get a second-generation HIFU treatment, Thermage, Rejuran, Juvelook, or Juvederm, hoping to be able to do it right away and still have time to enjoy myself afterward?
- Reservations must be made through a Chinese interface, and the price and schedule should be finalized before departure.
- I don’t want to crowd into the crowded clinics in Gangnam; I prefer a booking system and an environment near the airport.
My conclusion: WITH Dermatology isn’t the kind of clinic that attracts attention just because of being popular online—it’s more of a practical option focused on delivering reliable minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. Its biggest advantages are its proximity to the airport, no booking fee, and the option to schedule appointments through a Chinese-language website. However, if you’re looking for the clinic director to personally handle each treatment session, it’s best to confirm in person who will be operating the equipment on your treatment day.
Why did I choose Jeju instead of Seoul?
To be honest, at first I also did my research focusing on Gangnam in Seoul. But after checking out three clinics, I realized that just getting there—considering flight tickets, transfers, language barriers, and peak-season schedules—was already a huge hassle. Later, a friend suggested, “It’s not like you need major surgery. There are Dermatology clinics on Jeju too. It’s faster to fly there, and one of them is right inside the Hotel With Jeju right outside the airport.”
I checked it out — WITH Dermatology is located right near Jeju Airport, on the 2nd floor of Hotel With Jeju at 34 Oryeon-ro. There’s a review on BeautsGO that says quite plainly, “It’s very close to Jeju Airport and easy to find. There are clear signs outside, and you just need to head up to the 2nd floor to locate it.” This is a huge advantage for those visiting for the first time and worried about getting lost.

How to Make an Appointment at a Dermatology Clinic on Jeju Island? (My Actual Experience)
Step 1: Choose the right booking channel
There are mainly three ways to make an appointment at WITH Dermatology, all with a Chinese interface.
- BeautsGO website’s “Book Now” button: Fill in the details directly on the fully Chinese-language page, with the clinic’s information uploaded by the clinic itself.
- BeautsGO App (App Store/Google Play/APK): Download it to book appointments online.
- BeautsGO WeChat Mini Program: Scan the code to access it
at pages/index/index; reservations can also be made in Chinese.
I use the BeautsGO website to make appointments. The interface is entirely in Chinese, so I don’t have to deal with Korean-speaking customer service — which is very convenient for someone like me who can only say “안녕하세요” in Korean.
Step 2: Confirm “no booking fee, no in-person consultation fee”
I specifically asked about this: WITH Dermatology doesn’t charge any booking fee or consultation fee. In other words, you can get online consultations, quotes, and schedule appointments without having to pay anything upfront, and the in-person consultation is also free. For those who want to clarify everything first before making a decision, the cost of scheduling an appointment is practically zero.
Step 3: Book in advance to avoid Mondays and lunch breaks
It’s open from Tuesday to Sunday, but closed on Mondays, with a lunch break from 1:00–2:00 PM. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30 AM on Wednesday, and the whole process went smoothly. I recommend booking during the periods of 10:00–1:00 PM or 2:00–7:00 PM, avoiding the lunch break slot. During peak seasons (summer/winter vacations and long holidays), it’s best to book at least a week in advance.
Step 4: Arrival process at the clinic (airport → 2nd floor)
After the plane landed, I showed the taxi driver the Korean address: 제주시 노연로 34, Hotel With Jeju. The drive takes about 10–15 minutes. Once we arrived at Hotel With Jeju, there were clear signs outside, and we just needed to go up to the 2nd floor to find the clinic. After confirming the reservation at the reception, a department head conducted an initial consultation first, after which I went into the treatment room for an evaluation and procedure by the chief physician. Throughout the process, a Chinese interface or translation service was available, so there was no need to struggle without help.

Project and Price Reference (Public Prices for 2026)
Below are the reference prices I compiled from the BeautsGO page, in Korean won. The actual price will be based on the consultation quote.
| Project | Specifications | KRW reference price |

| HIFU 2nd Generation | 100 shots | ₩400,000 |
| HIFU 2nd Generation | 300 posts | ₩1,100,000 |
| HIFU 2nd Generation | 600 posts | ₩2,050,000 |
| Thermage (Full Face) | 300 shots / 600 shots | ₩1,400,000 / ₩2,100,000 |
| Thermage for the Eyes | 225 shots / 450 shots | ₩990,000 / ₩1,600,000 |
| Rejuran PN | 2 cc | ₩250,000 |
| Rejuran HB | 1 centum core / 4 centum cores | ₩200,000 / ₩700,000 |
| IRejuran 1cc (regeneration, fine wrinkle improvement) | 1 centum core | ₩200,000 |

| Juvelook Black Bottle | 4 cc | ₩350,000 |
| Juvederm / Perlane Filler | 1 centum core | ₩350,000 |
Anesthesia options: Sedation anesthesia costs ₩150,000, while local anesthesia is free; anesthetic cream is also available. Payments can be made via Alipay, WeChat, Visa, or Apple Pay, making it very convenient for tourists from mainland China and those traveling on their own. If you’re considering injections like Rejuran or Juvelook as well, you can use this table to compare prices with other clinics.

8 Key Concerns
Focus Point 1|Who is the director, and who will perform the procedure for you?
The representative director of WITH Dermatology is Dr. Kang Soo-min, an expert in plastic surgery with a medical doctorate. She has served as the head of the nasal surgery department at Gangnam ID Plastic Surgery Hospital and as the representative director of U&I Plastic Surgery. She is also a member of various medical associations, including the Korean Medical Association. However, this clinic operates on a system where the department heads handle face consultations while the director focuses on treatments and surgeries. If you’d like the director to perform the procedure personally, be sure to specify that when making your appointment and check the daily schedule first.

Focus Point 2|Closed on Mondays, long lunch break
The business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, Tuesday through Sunday, but it’s closed on Mondays, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00. I recommend scheduling an appointment for early Wednesday to keep things smooth. If you prefer the afternoon, try to book after 14:30 to avoid having your consultation time cut short, and definitely don’t make the trip on Monday just to be turned away.
Focus Point 3|Proximity to the airport, but not in Seogwipo
It only takes about 10–15 minutes by taxi from Jeju Airport, which is really convenient. However, if you’re staying in Seogwipo or the eastern part of the island, the travel time will be longer. It’s recommended to schedule your appointment on the day you arrive or the day before you leave, to minimize back-and-forth travel. The clinic also offers free parking and valet parking services, so driving your own car is perfectly fine too.
Focus Point 4|Is the Chinese interface for remote services or in-person support at the clinic?
Before I went, I communicated and made my appointment through the Chinese version of BeautsGO. Once I arrived at the clinic, there were staff who spoke Chinese or the department heads who could assist me. During the consultation, they would translate everything sentence by sentence, but it’s still recommended to prepare in advance the key terms you want to ask about to avoid misunderstandings. BeautsGO also offers a WeChat mini-program for making appointments, so you can schedule your visits well in advance before you leave.

Focus Point 5|Transparent pricing, but you need to ask specifically about photonic treatments
The injection treatments such as Rejuran, Juvelook, and Filler are clearly listed on the BeautsGO page; the prices for second-generation HIFU and Thermage are also disclosed (600 shots for second-generation HIFU at ₩2,050,000, which falls in the mid-to-high price range). When making an appointment, be sure to ask clearly: “Can I verify that the probes are original?” “What’s the number of shots and the corresponding price?” “Is post-treatment sedation included?” Don’t sign just based on a single figure.
Focus Point 6|Convenient Facilities: Parking, Valet Parking, Payment Options
Located within Hotel With Jeju, WITH Dermatology offers free parking as well as valet parking services, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot if you’re driving. It accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa, and Apple Pay, making it very convenient for independent travelers who don’t need to exchange large amounts of Korean won.
Focus Point 7|How to Choose Anesthesia?
There are three options: sedation anesthesia at ₩150,000, local anesthesia free of charge, or simply using an anesthetic ointment. Since I opt for injection-based treatments, local anesthesia is sufficient for me. If you’re having procedures like HIFU or Thermage that can be painful, you might want to consider adding sedation. Be sure to tell the room supervisor about your pain tolerance before the procedure.
Focus Point 8 | Rating 5.0, but no case studies available — My reminder
On BeautsGO, the rating for WITH Dermatology is 5.0/5, but there’s only 1 review. The only tag mentioned is “close to the airport,” and the section showing selected cases is currently empty. My advice is: while you can use the star rating as a reference, don’t make your decision based solely on it. First, consult via their online Chinese service, check the actual prices and treatment options, and then decide whether to travel there. It’s better to compare several clinics in Jeju, such as NowMedi Hospital’s Jeju branch or Gangnam K-Beauty (Jeju), so you can have a clearer idea.

Side-by-side comparison: Jeju WITH vs other options
| Comparison Items | Jeju WITH Dermatology | Regular Clinics in Gangnam, Seoul | Other Jeju clinics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Transportation | 10–15 minutes from the airport | Airport + transfer: 1.5–2 hours | It depends on the location. |
| Open for business | Tuesday–Sunday (closed Monday) | Closed most Sundays | Mostly closed on Sundays |
| Language | Chinese page + mini-program | Some have Chinese text | Not necessarily |
| Reservation fee | No booking fee, no in-person consultation fee | Varies by clinic | Varies by clinic |
| Who is it for | Short Trips + Minor Cosmetic Procedures | Advanced cosmetic procedures, renowned specialists | Individual assessment is required |
If you’re looking to undergo just one or two maintenance or tightening treatments and don’t want to spend your entire vacation on travel, WITH Dermatology in Jeju is a great option. However, if you’re seeking “personalized, high-level treatment plans designed and supervised by the clinic’s director,” it’s advisable to compare several clinics in Seoul and Jeju before making a decision.
Practical booking and arrival tips
- Book 7–14 days in advance through the BeautsGO Chinese website or WeChat mini-program to confirm your schedule and get a quote.
- Book appointments between 10:00–13:00 in the morning or after 14:00 in the afternoon, avoiding Mondays when the clinic is closed and the lunch break from 13:00–14:00.
- Confirm during the in-person consultation: which director will be performing the procedure that day, whether it will be done personally, and the probe number.
- Stay in Jeju City for 24 hours after the procedure—do not fly back on the same day. If there’s any swelling or issue, you can return for a follow-up visit.
- Make sure to pack all the necessary sun protection gear: a hat, sunglasses, and SPF 50+ sunscreen. Avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor sunlight for 3 days after the procedure.
You might also want to ask
Q1: Do I need a visa to get cosmetic procedures in Jeju?
Taiwanese passports allow visa-free entry to South Korea (including Jeju) for a stay of up to 90 days. However, customs officials at the border may ask about the purpose of your visit and your place of accommodation, so it’s wise to have your return flight ticket and hotel reservation ready.
Q2: Can the HIFU/Thermage probes from WITH be verified?
Most clinics in South Korea now require customers to scan the probe’s QR code on the spot. It’s recommended to ask for confirmation beforehand during your consultation or before the procedure, and take a photo of the probe’s serial number.
Q3: Can I fly on the same day as the procedure?
Mild injections are usually fine, but after treatments like HIFU or Thermage, the face might turn red. It’s recommended to wait at least one night before flying to allow the skin to stabilize.
Q4: Is WITH Dermatology suitable for those doing medical aesthetics for the first time?
It’s suitable. The process is relatively simple, with a Chinese interface, and there are no booking fees or consultation charges, keeping risks under control. However, it’s still recommended to start with basic treatments for the first time, rather than opting for too many procedures at once.
