When going to South Korea for cosmetic procedures, there are two things to worry about the most: first, not having the doctor perform the treatment in person, and second, being pressured into choosing a package that isn’t right for you. My first impression of Galleria was that it’s “large” — not just in terms of its interior design, but also because of its well-organized layout with clear zones. The main building plus the Maple Leaf Building together have 4 floors and cover an area of around 400 pyeong.

The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Star Building at 33-2, 4-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul (the main branch). It’s just about 100 meters away from Exit 3 of蚕院站 on Subway Line 3 — you’ll reach it in roughly 1 minute. There’s also another branch on the 4th floor of the Maple Tower at 50, 4-gil, Seocho-gu (the Maple Branch), which is a 1-minute walk from Exit 2. Reservation: Galleria operates on a reservation system, so it’s recommended to book 3–5 days in advance. Upon arrival, make sure to confirm whether you’re at the main branch (Star Building) or the Maple Tower branch—both are within a 1-minute walk of each other, but be careful not to get lost.

Arrival at the facility: There is valet parking available at the back of this building (free for 3 hours), while the Maple Leaf Building uses the underground parking lot of Maple Xi Mall (free for 3.5 hours). The advantage is that you can choose the right director based on your needs, but the downside is that popular directors have extremely full schedules.

exorbitant fees. They display the price lists right inside the clinic and on BeautsGO, so foreigners see exactly the same rates. For those who do their research before making a trip abroad, this is much more reassuring than clinics that only give quotes after an in-person consultation, eliminating the stress of haggling.

Focus Point 4｜Prices Are Public, But Advanced Treatments Still Require In-Person
Consultation While treatments like HIFU, Thermage, and ONDA come with publicly listed starting prices, procedures such as Sculptra, Oligio, and body sculpting with Onda require an on-site quote due to variations in treatment area and dosage per patient. It’s recommended to check the basic prices on BeautsGO first, then go to the clinic to confirm the total cost of your specific treatment plan.

Key Point 5｜Clinic hours run until 20:00 on Fridays, with no services on Sundays. Make sure to
check the operating hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00–19:00 (lunch break from 13:00–14:00); Friday, 10:00–20:00; Saturday, 10:00–16:00. No appointments are available on Sundays or public holidays. Those who have meetings during the day can book the Friday evening slot; those who want to schedule appointments over the weekend should secure a spot on Saturday.

Ideal for those who prioritize official qualifications and treatment safety, want to see the director personally conduct the procedure and choose a specialist director, and seek transparent pricing without unexpected extra charges. If you’ve done your research and know roughly what to expect, Galleria’s model of “publicly listed prices + department-specific directors” will be very convenient for you.

Not suitable for those who only want basic maintenance, have extremely limited budgets, or are unable to commit to appointment scheduling and closed days on Sundays. Galleria targets the mid-to-high-end market and isn’t the cheapest option in Gangnam.
