Price List for HEER Dermatology in South Korea | Only 6 Patients Per Day Seen by the Director – Why Is This Premium Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam So Expensive?
Af

ter publishing my in-depth review of HEER Dermatology last week, eight out of ten messages I received asked not “How was it?” but straight up, “What are the prices?” It’s quite practical—after all, as a premium clinic with a limit on patients seen by the director personally, it’s important to know in advance whether the prices are indeed high. In this article, I’ve compiled the price ranges based on what was asked that day, along with comparisons from the official website and publicly available information. I’ll also outline what makes this clinic stand out, helping you decide if its prices are worth adding to your list of medical beauty options in Seoul.

30-Second Summary

HEER Dermatology’s main clinic in Seoul is located on the 10th floor of W Tower, at Exit 7 of Sinnonhyeon Station. Dr. Lee Sang-shin personally conducts consultations, with a daily limit of 6–8 patients. Positioned as a mid-to-high-end premium clinic, it offers prices comparable to those in Gangnam. Estimated prices for 2026: Ulthrea (350 shots) starts at around ₩1.58–2 million; Thermage FLX-3 at ₩1.2–2.5 million; Juvelook at ₩150,000–250,000 per session; and 2 centum core doses of Rejuran at ₩200,000–400,000. While these prices aren’t the lowest in Gangnam, the transparency and lack of extra charges for foreigners make it an excellent choice for those who value personal consultation by the doctor and high-quality service.

Why a separate price list?

To be honest, HEER isn’t

the kind of chain store that displays clear prices right at its entrance. Its fees vary depending on the dosage, number of units, treatment area, and current promotions, so it’s difficult to find an “absolutely accurate” price list online. During my consultation visit, however, the Chinese translator prepared a quote sheet for me on the spot, detailing all the services and their corresponding price ranges. I’ve organized this information into the tables below, labeling them as “reference prices” and “suitable for” certain clients, to help you compare them with your budget.

s obtained from publicly available information in 2026 and cross-checked against my consultation that day. The actual cost will vary based on dosage, number of units, treatment area, and current promotions, with the final price subject to the assessment during the in-person consultation. Prices do not include 10% VAT, and tax refunds are available upon presentation of a passport.

The two budget packages I received that

day:
**Package A:** Firming + collagen hydration

(mid-range budget). Smashing 350 shots (starting at ₩1.58 million) + 1 dose of Juvelook for the entire face (starting at ₩150,000), with a total cost of around ₩1.7–1.8 million. This option is ideal for those doing anti-aging treatments for the first time and want noticeable resul

ts without spending too much at once.
**P

ackage B:** Comprehensive anti-aging treatment (high-budget option). Thermage FLX-3 600 shots (₩1.2–2.5 million) + Pony Up thread lifting (₩1.5–2.5 million) + 2 cc of Rejuran (₩200,000–400,000), resulting in a total cost of approximately ₩2.9–5.4 million. This is suitable for people over 35 whose skin shows significant sagging and loss of volume.
Th

e clinic director emphasized that “not everyone needs to include all these treatments.” This is also why HEER doesn’t come across as overly sales-oriented—it helps patients reduce the number of procedures rather than constantly adding more to the list.

FAQ|Common Questions About Prices at HEER Dermatology
Q1: Is the price really the

same for South Koreans and foreigners at HEER? Based on t
he quotes I saw that day and official information, the price is identical for both locals and foreigners, with no extra charge for tourists. The actual cost will still be determined after a face

consultation.
Q2: Will the price increase because of translatio

n into Chinese? No. Translation into Chinese is part of the clinic’s services, so there will be no additional fee just for having the doc

uments in Chinese.
Q3: Can I pay by card? Is a deposit

required? Payments are usually made in cash in South Korean won or by card on-site, with some treatments allowing card payments. Booking through BeautsGO generally doesn’t require a deposit, but it’s ad

visable to confirm again before traveling.
Q4: W

hich treatments are most worth trying first? If this is your first visit and your budget is moderate, the doctor usually recommends starting with a “lift + collagen hydration” combo, such as Smashing HIFU paired with Juvelook; you can consider adding Thermage or thread lifting if you have

a larger budget.
Q5: Why are the price ranges on the list so wi

de? The same treatment can vary depending on the number of sessions, dosage, treatment area, and brand type (such as Rejuran I/S/HB). The final price will be determined after evaluation by the doctor.
Q6: Can I go shopp

ing right after the treatment? With HIFU and radio
frequency treatments, redness or mild swelling may occur on the same day, so it’s recommended to return to the hotel to rest. Fillers and Botox have less impact, but it’s still best to ask about post-treatment precautions first.
