My entire experience at the clinic: It took only 2 hours from making an appointment to actually undergoing the surgery.

I made my reservation through the BeautsGO App, provided my basic information, and specified the treatment I wanted to schedule – arm liposuction. The next day, I received a confirmation message from the Chinese customer service team. The entire process went very smoothly. Here are the specific steps:

1. Online reservation: Select a 365MC hospital on BeautsGO, fill out the consultation form for arm liposuction, and you will receive a response from the Chinese customer service within 24 hours after submission.

Report at the clinic between 2 PM and 6 PM – Exit No. 12 of the Education University Station on Line 2 of the subway, and it’s less than a minute’s walk from there. The exterior of the building is quite unassuming, but the interior is extremely spacious. There are Chinese-speaking receptionists in the lobby on the first floor; you just need to fill out a simple form.

33D Body Fat Scanning – This is definitely the most advanced technology I’ve ever encountered. He pinched my arm to examine the fat layer and, after reviewing the 3D report, said, “You have typical superficial fat accumulation; 2-3 LAMS procedures will be sufficient, and general anesthesia is not needed.”

5. Price Confirmation & Consent Form – The director clearly outlined the treatment plan and prices, with no hidden fees at all. For my arm, the selected treatment was the circumferential aspiration method using 3 LAMS tubes, and the quoted price was 16,700 yuan, which included post-operative swelling management and 3 follow-up examinations using AI technology. After confirming that there were no issues, I signed the consent form.

6. Changing into surgical attire and entering the operating room — After changing into the clothes, a nurse led me into the operating room. Once I lay down, local anesthesia was administered. Throughout the entire process, I remained conscious; in fact, the doctor even asked me what drama series I was watching recently to help me relax.

My experience on the day of the surgery: It really didn’t hurt at all! I stayed awake throughout the procedure and even chatted with the doctor.

To be honest, I was still nervous the moment I lay on the operating table—after all, it was my first time undergoing any type of cosmetic surgery.

Before the consultation, think carefully about your specific needs. Instead of just saying “I want to lose weight on my arms,” it’s better to explain to the doctor which part you are concerned about – whether it’s the inner or outer side of the upper arms, or the Accessory Breast (Underarm Fat) in the armpits. This will help the doctor develop a more targeted treatment plan.

Plan to spend 3-4 days in Seoul. Although you can leave on the same day as the surgery, it is recommended to stay for at least 1-2 days after the procedure to monitor your recovery. Not rushing will give you more peace of mind.

3. Do not engage in strenuous exercise during the first week after the procedure. Daily activities are completely safe, but it is more advisable to wait at least one week before participating in activities such as lifting heavy objects, playing tennis, or swimming.

One last reminder: Liposuction is designed to address localized fat accumulation, not to help with weight loss.
