Same prices as Korea and transparent pricing: 600 Thermage shots for ₩1.99 million – what kind of deal is that in Gangnam?
8 key points to keep in mind when making an appointment to help you avoid 90% of common mistakes others make.
Why I Noticed Pêche Clinic
To be honest, there are so many Dermatology clinics in Gangnam that it’s hard to choose. But I first heard about “Peshu” in a group chat with friends studying in South Korea—someone mentioned that this clinic is open 24/7, offers treatments until 9 p.m., and has transparent pricing without hiding extra costs from foreigners.
The phrase “open 24/7” is actually quite rare in the Dermatology sector of South Korea. Most clinics are closed on Sundays and public holidays, with some even shutting down as early as Saturday afternoons. For those of us who fly in specifically for cosmetic treatments and have very tight schedules, the ability to book appointments at any time is truly a huge advantage.
So I chose a Saturday evening to go there. Exiting from Exit 4 at Gangnam Station, the Meiwang Building is right in front of me, with Peishu located on the 3rd floor. There’s no need to wander through side streets or check a map—once you step out of the subway, you can see it right in front of you. This location gave me an excellent first impression from the moment I saw it.

From arrival to departure: The complete in-clinic experience
I arrived around 5:30 p.m. that day; there weren’t many people around since it was the weekend. Here’s a full breakdown of my experience:

▲ BeautsGO Reception & Consultation Area (Official BeautsGO Clinic Photo)
Step 1: Make an appointment (it’s recommended to book 1–3 days in advance).
Peishucai operates on a fully reserved basis and does not accept walk-ins. You can make reservations through the BeautsGO mini-program, official WeChat account, or customer service. Weekends and evening hours are particularly popular, so it’s recommended to book at least 2 days in advance.
Step 2: Registration + Skin Check
Upon arrival, the receptionist will verify your appointment details, after which a skin analysis will be conducted first (using instruments to assess moisture levels, oil secretion, pigmentation, Pores condition, and more). This step is crucial—Peshu’s specialty lies in diagnosing first before proceeding with any treatments, rather than pushing products right away.
Step 3: In-person consultation with the clinic director (one-on-one)
The in-person consultation is conducted by the clinic director himself, not a consultant or nurse. Director Park has a cautious approach; he’ll ask about your regular skincare habits, the treatments you’ve had, and your budget range, then develop a plan based on the test results. There’s no pressure to make sales, which I think is great.

Step 4: Treatment + Post-procedure care
Once the treatment plan is finalized, the actual procedure begins. Each room is a private VIP International consultation and treatment suite, ensuring complete confidentiality. After the procedure, you’ll receive a detailed care guide outlining things like whether you can wash your face in the days following, if you need to use sunscreen, and when to contact the clinic.
What exactly are the prices at Peishu? Public price reference table available
Peishu’s main selling point is “same price as in Korea and China, with transparent pricing” — the price you see on BeautsGO is the actual price, with no hidden charges upon arrival. Below are some of their publicly listed prices for 2026 (excluding 10% tax, at an exchange rate of ₩10,000 ≈ NT$230):
> 💡 Price highlights: 600 shots of Thermage at ₩1.99 million is a highly competitive price in Gangnam District; 50U of Botox costs just ₩9,900, which is practically the lowest price on the market. Package deals (such as HIFU + Thermage combined treatments) are about 15–20% cheaper than getting them done separately.

Peishu vs Other Dermatology Clinics in Gangnam: Who Is It Suitable For and Who Is Not
After talking about the positives, let’s also look at an objective comparison. Peishu isn’t the “most luxurious” option, but its positioning is very clear:
If you, like me, value convenience, transparency, and avoiding unnecessary expenses, Peishu is an excellent choice. But if you’re looking for a luxury experience on par with a five-star hotel or the signature treatments offered by a particular top-tier doctor, you might want to consider other options—such as Libhib, which I’ve written about before (run by a female director with a one-on-one consultation system and a degree from Yonhwa Women’s University), or The Ippo in Sinsa (managed by a director from Yonsei University and open year-round).

| Focus Point 1|Is “open 24/7” true, or just marketing fluff? |
It’s true. I checked the business hours on Naver and also called to confirm directly. Peishu is open from Monday to Sunday without any breaks, even on national holidays (though it might close earlier on New Year’s Day and Mid-Autumn Festival—check in advance for that month). On weekdays, it stays open until 9 p.m.—which is quite rare among Dermatology clinics in Gangnam. For those who have to work or attend classes during the day and can only visit at night or on weekends, this flexibility is truly invaluable.
| Focus Point 2|Is it true that prices are the same in China and South Korea? Will there be an extra charge upon arrival? |
One of Peishu’s key selling points is its “consistent and fair pricing.” They clearly promise not to charge an extra 10–20% just because you’re a foreigner—a practice that does exist at some Dermatology clinics in Seoul. The prices I saw on BeautsGO matched those offered during in-person consultations, with no two different price lists. Just keep in mind: these prices don’t include a 10% service tax, which will be added at checkout.
| Focus Point 3|Is in-person consultation by the director available for every procedure? |
Yes, Peishu strictly adheres to a no-assembly-line approach—whichever director you book will be responsible for the entire process from start to finish (consultation → marking the injection sites → procedure → post-operative instructions), with no replacement by nurses or interns midway. The current team of directors includes Director Park (with a background in family medicine from Seoul National University and expertise in comprehensive anti-aging solutions), Director Shin Dong-min (an expert in precise Filler injections), and Director Ahn Tae-eun. It’s recommended to specify a director when making an appointment.
| Focus Point 4|Just how convenient is the location right across Exit 4 at Gangnam Station? |
It’s extremely convenient. From the airport, take the AREX train to Seoul Station, then transfer to Line 2 and get off at Gangnam Station. Right outside Exit 4 is the Meiwang Building — you can see it as soon as you look up. There’s no need to wander through side streets or rely on navigation, making it especially user-friendly for those visiting Seoul for the first time. The area is part of Gangnam’s prime shopping district, so after your treatment, you can head straight to Gentle Monster or find a café to relax.
| Focus Point 5 | Pain Management and Anesthesia Options |
Peishu offers sleep anesthesia (intravenous sedation) for those who are afraid of pain or undergoing major procedures such as HIFU and Thermage. For basic treatments like hyaluronic acid injections and Pico treatments, surface anesthetic ointment is usually sufficient. Director Shin Dong-kyung is renowned for his swift injection technique, with many reviews noting that getting Filler injections feels almost painless.
| Focus Point 6|Post-surgery Recovery Period and Follow-up |
You’ll receive a detailed sheet with post-procedure instructions. For standard hyaluronic acid injections or Pico treatments, there’s virtually no recovery time—you can head out right after the procedure. Thermage or HIFU treatments may cause mild redness that lasts around 3–5 days. Peishu offers follow-up service via WeChat after the treatment, so you can contact their Chinese-speaking customer service anytime if you have any questions. That said, they don’t provide free post-procedure treatments like LDM, which is offered by some higher-end clinics—this is something to keep in mind.
| Focus Point 7 | Booking Methods and Peak Season Reminders |
Peishucai operates on a fully reservation-based system and does not accept walk-ins. The easiest way to make a reservation is through the BeautsGO mini-program or app, where you can check available slots in real time; reservations can also be made via customer service WeChat. During peak seasons (summer and winter vacations, as well as around public holidays in South Korea), it’s recommended to book at least 3–5 days in advance. Evening slots on weekends are the most popular, so try to avoid these times if possible.
| Focus Point 8|What are Peishu’s “game-changers”? Which treatments might not be worth making a special trip for? |
Worth trying: Thermage FLX (600 shots at ₩1.99 million – a highly competitive price in Gangnam), Ultherapy/HIFU (great value for money), the Rejuran series (Black Box version starting at ₩119,000), Juvelook collagen hydration treatment (starting at ₩49,000 with a high customer repeat rate), and Filler injections (delivered with delicate and natural technique by Director Shin Dong-kyung).
Things to keep in mind: If you’re looking for a highly customized anti-aging treatment plan that involves multiple procedures combined with long-term follow-up care, Peishu’s approach is more “concise and efficient,” so it might not offer as comprehensive services as some high-end clinics that have dedicated health managers. Additionally, Peishu does not provide cosmetic surgery services such as Double eyelid surgery or rhinoplasty—it focuses solely on Dermatology treatments.
